Ms. Dori Davis

Dori Davis is the Assistant Principal at Oconee County Elementary.

With a career in education that began in 2005, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and impacting students across multiple grade levels—from kindergarten to high school. My journey has included roles in kindergarten, second grade, fourth grade, high school, EIP, and ESOL, each one deepening my commitment to student growth and learning.

Over the years, I’ve also served in a variety of leadership roles within Walton County Schools, gaining valuable experience in supporting both educators and students at the school level. As an assistant principal, my greatest passion is fostering a positive, supportive environment for teachers, students, parents, and the broader school community.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: when people feel loved, seen, and valued, they perform at their best. My goal is to lead with empathy, build meaningful relationships, and ensure every individual in our school community feels supported and empowered.
